Last House on Mulholland Drive, A competition Entry

This house is investigating the dwelling opportunities  and spatial experiences inside a mobius strip. The geometry is essentially one continuous surface, but provides (2) separate zones. Taking advantage of this diagrammatic quality of the geometry, we assigned one zone to a private and the other one a public living space. The zones are interconnected form the inside. The soft geometry created a sensual landscape that blends the site with the body of the house. where human body can be engaged with the dynamic flow of the form, spatially inside the pool area. The pool is part of the continuous form that allows to experience the flow of the soft form with the sensuality of the water.
