Loft 110- Compact Urban Dwelling- Oakland, CA

 

Loft 110 is the smallest unit in the East Lake loft building where a developer converted an old building into dwelling units. This unit needed to be redesigned for a more efficient use of space. We created a compact living unit with smarter layout, smaller appliances and customized cabinetry and millwork . We made sure every inch of the space is used thoughtfully and efficiently. the staircase was re-designed to leave more room underneath for a better size living room with a built-in entertainment center, provided a multi purpose dining/ working station and plenty of storage hidden inside the walls.
